Terms of Service
These terms apply to any sale made between Super Down LLC and its customers. They are deemed accepted as soon as the order is confirmed.
1. Scope
This document governs the remote sale of our items and defines the mutual commitments of the seller and the buyer. No conflicting term from the customer will apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Prices
The amounts displayed are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Any shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown separately before the payment step. Super Down LLC retains the right to update its prices, with the price applied being the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Completing the Sale
The customer places the desired items in the cart, reviews the details, and then confirms the purchase. A confirmation email seals the agreement between the parties. Any order deemed irregular may be declined by the seller.
4. Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of the order, by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, American Express, or a supported digital wallet. Transactions are secured and the confidentiality of card details is protected at all times.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available everywhere in the United States, including the 48 contiguous states. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery generally within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These times are provided for guidance only.
6. 30-Day Return Policy
The customer has 30 days from delivery to return an item under our voluntary return policy, with no reason required beyond return shipping. Products must be returned unused and complete. The refund is issued after the returned goods are received.
7. Product Warranty
Our products are covered against defects and non-conformity. The customer may therefore claim a repair, replacement, or refund of a defective item.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If no amicable resolution is reached, the courts of that state will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
