We ship across the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. Depending on the destination, your package usually arrives 3 to 7 business days after leaving our facility.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is completely free across the contiguous United States, with no minimum. For Alaska and Hawaii, fees appear clearly before you confirm payment. If you'd like your order faster, expedited shipping is available for $4.90.

Changed Your Mind? 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item that isn't right for you. It must be unused and returned in its original packaging. A message to contact@apex-wellness-us.com starts the process and you'll receive full instructions. Once the return reaches us and is checked, your refund is issued within a few business days.

Damaged Package or Defective Product

If your purchase arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, contact our customer service at contact@apex-wellness-us.com or 02 95 36 56 93, ideally with photos. Super Down LLC will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense, as quickly as possible.
